02Investment objective
The fund aims to grow capital over full market cycles by holding allocated physical gold alongside a concentrated portfolio of digital assets linked to AI infrastructure, and by actively managing the balance between the two.
Balanced and Frontier aim to outperform the S&P 500 Total Return Index over rolling five-year periods, after all fees. Reserve aims for lower volatility than that index, in exchange for a lower expected return. None of these aims is guaranteed.
03Investment policy and limits
Each plan holds gold, digital assets and cash within a published range. When market movements push a plan outside its range, the manager rebalances under written rules.
| Reserve | Gold 70–80% · Digital assets 10–20% · Cash 5–10% |
|---|
| Balanced | Gold 40–50% · Digital assets 35–45% · Cash 10–15% |
|---|
| Frontier | Gold 20–30% · Digital assets 60–70% · Cash 5–10% |
|---|
Hard limits
- No single asset above 14.5% of the fund, measured at each monthly valuation.
- No leverage, at fund or plan level.
- No lending, leasing or staking of gold or digital assets with third parties.
- Between 8 and 15 digital assets held at any time.
- No new token launches, illiquid holdings or lending protocols.
Changing any limit needs the approval of the board and at least 60 days’ written notice to investors.
